Who we are
Dhruva is a career platform for students and fresh graduates. The Hackathon Challenge is a Dhruva challenge, built by BrihatLabs. TBC: legal entity name, registered address and grievance officer
What we collect

| The Hackathon Challenge | The same details, an optional leaderboard name, your chosen kingdom, the quests you clear with their time and the code that cleared them, hints you ask for, and fair-play events such as leaving the game window. |
| Both | The time you agreed and the version of the consent text you agreed to. |
Why we collect it
- To tell you about the Dhruva launch by email, phone or WhatsApp, as you agreed.
- To run The Hackathon Challenge: one attempt per person, a fair leaderboard, and reaching the winners.
- To review contest runs for fair play. Runs that end under the fair-play rules are kept for the event judges.
- To count visits by source so we know which links work. Page analytics are cookie-free.
What we show publicly
The leaderboard and big screen show your first name and last initial (or the leaderboard name you chose), your branch, year and college, and your XP. Your email and phone are never shown.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. It's stored with our hosting provider and used only by the Dhruva team and the event organisers.
How long we keep it
Waitlist details are kept until Dhruva launches and for up to 12 months after, or until you withdraw consent. Contest records are kept until the winners are confirmed and for up to 6 months after. TBC: confirm retention periods
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or erase your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing doesn't affect anything done before you withdrew.
